The roof under your panels is the part nobody watches
Most solar problems show up first as a smaller power bill credit or a stain on a ceiling. A yearly look finds a failed microinverter, a loose wire or a leaking attachment before months of lost production or water damage. Because Fused holds the roofing license as well as the electrical license, the same company can fix the roof and the solar.

What does an annual solar maintenance visit include?
A technician inspects the array, the mounts and roof attachments, the wiring you can see, the inverter or microinverters and the monitoring, then cleans the panels and sends you a photo report. Anything that needs repair is written up and quoted separately, never done on the spot without your approval.
How much does a solar maintenance plan cost?

Do you maintain systems you didn't install?
Yes. Any brand and any installer, including systems whose installer has gone out of business, roof-mounted and ground-mounted arrays, and light commercial systems.
Does the plan cover my battery?
The plan covers the solar panels. Battery inspection is a separate offer for any battery brand; ask us about it when you call.
Do you use drones or thermal imaging?
No. Inspections are visual, by a technician on site, with photos and a written report. That is what finds loose wiring, damaged mounts and debris under the panels.
Do you clean solar hot water or pool heating panels?
No. We maintain photovoltaic (electric) solar systems only.
