Effective date: November 1, 2026. This policy covers fusedsolarandroofing.com and the other websites, forms, phone lines and text-message programs operated by Fuze Inc. d/b/a Fused Solar and Roofing ("Fused," "we," "us"), 14034 N Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33613.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, address, phone number, email, details about your home, roof, solar system or electric bill, and anything you write in a form, text, email or call.
- Information collected automatically: pages visited, time on page, the site that referred you, browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, and cookies or similar identifiers used by our analytics and advertising tools.
- Information from others: if you contact us through a referral partner, a lead platform such as EnergySage, or a review site, that platform sends us the details you provided there.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule appointments, prepare quotes and perform work you hire us for.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, status updates and service follow-ups.
- To send occasional offers or information about our services. You can opt out at any time.
- To run, measure and improve our website and advertising, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- To meet legal, licensing, permitting and insurance obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
By providing your mobile number on a form, by text, or by phone, you agree to receive text messages from Fused Solar and Roofing about your inquiry, appointments, service and, if you opt in, offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text-message originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our systems: our customer-relationship and website platform (HighLevel), payment processor, email and phone providers, scheduling and mapping tools.
- Parties needed to do your job: the permitting office, your utility for interconnection, an engineer for stamped plans, equipment manufacturers for warranty registration and claims, a financing partner you choose, and a roofing partner when one is working under our contract.
- Advertising and analytics providers such as Google, which may use cookies to measure and improve our ads.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work, though some forms may not.
Retention
We keep customer and job records for as long as the work is under warranty and as long as Florida contractor, tax and insurance rules require, generally at least seven years. Inquiry records from people who do not become customers are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and of emails by using the unsubscribe link.
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days; we may keep records we are legally required to keep.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reputable, access-controlled platforms and limit who at Fused can see customer data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as Florida law requires.
