Effective date: November 1, 2026. These terms apply to your use of fusedsolarandroofing.com and related sites, forms and text-message programs operated by Fuze Inc. d/b/a Fused Solar and Roofing ("Fused," "we"). Work we perform for you is governed by the written contract you sign, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it: no scraping, automated submissions, false information, or attempts to interfere with it.
Quotes, estimates and information
Prices, timelines, production estimates and savings figures on this site are general. A binding price and scope come only from a written proposal or contract signed by Fused. Permit, utility and incentive details are drawn from published requirements and change without notice; we confirm the current process for your address when we quote. Nothing on this site is tax, legal or financial advice.
Appointments
Sales consultations are free and carry no cancellation fee. Service and diagnostic appointments may require a card on file when booked; the fee for a missed visit or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice is stated on the booking confirmation and in your reminder messages and is charged only in those cases. Visits we cancel, weather holds and genuine emergencies are never charged.
Text-message program
By giving us your mobile number you consent to receive texts from Fused about your inquiry, appointments and service, and, if you opt in, offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Licenses and warranties
Fused is a Florida state-certified contractor: roofing CCC1331058, electrical EC13014750, building CBC1252064. Workmanship warranties, the 25-year no-leak guarantee on solar attachments, and manufacturer warranties are described in your contract and warranty documents, not on this site. Where this site summarizes a warranty, the written warranty controls.
Third-party links and content
Links to manufacturers, utilities, permitting offices, review sites and financing partners are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or terms.
Intellectual property
The text, photos and design of this site belong to Fuze Inc. or are used with permission. You may share links; you may not copy or republish the content without written permission. Brand names such as Tesla, Enphase, GAF and Owens Corning belong to their owners and are used only to describe the equipment we install and service.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent Florida law allows, Fused is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits the rights you have under your signed contract or under Florida law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute about the site is heard in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida. Disputes about work performed are governed by the dispute terms in your contract.
