Commercial solar repair and maintenance for any brand, any installer, in Tampa Bay.
A lot of commercial solar in Tampa Bay was installed by companies that no longer exist. Fused services it anyway. We diagnose and repair any brand of inverter, optimizer or microinverter, replace failed panels and attachments, fix roof leaks around the array under our roofing license, and run annual operations and maintenance plans priced by panel count. Service is what Fused does first; it's why we're still here.

Attachments and flashing are where commercial arrays fail. We inspect every one on a maintenance visit.
Every brand on a commercial roof
Certified with Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, Generac, Fronius and SMA, and experienced with the string inverters and microinverters that were common on Tampa Bay commercial roofs from 2010 on.
Diagnostics
On-site diagnostic with a written report: production shortfall, inverter faults, string or optimizer failures, ground faults, monitoring that went dark. Flat fee quoted up front, repair quoted after.
Repairs
Inverter and microinverter replacement, optimizer swaps, panel replacement, wiring and combiner work, disconnects, monitoring restored. Any brand, including leased and PPA systems where the owner authorizes it.
Roof leaks under the array
We hold the roofing license, so a leak at an attachment is one call: panels lifted, the attachment re-flashed or replaced, panels back. No roofer waiting on a solar company or the reverse.
Operations and maintenance plans
Annual inspection, cleaning and documentation, priced by panel count. Inspection and cleaning only; anything corrective is documented with photos and quoted separately, so you decide.
Panel cleaning
Commercial arrays in Tampa Bay lose production to pollen, dust and bird traffic. Cleaning is priced by panel count and scheduled around your operation.
Detach and reinstall for re-roofing
When the commercial roof is replaced, we take the array off, the roofer (or we) replaces the roof, and we put it back with new attachments under a 25-year no-leak guarantee. Tesla systems included.
What to expect
| Who we work for | Building owners, property managers, HOA boards, churches and the facilities person who inherited a system nobody documented. We'll ask for whatever drawings, monitoring logins and permits you have and work from there. |
|---|---|
| Orphaned systems | If the installer is gone, we can usually recover monitoring, identify the equipment on the roof and bring the system back into warranty service with the manufacturer where one still applies. |
| What a visit does not include | Maintenance visits are inspection, cleaning and documentation. Technicians don't torque hardware, update firmware or open boxes to tighten lugs on a maintenance call; those are repair tasks, quoted and scheduled as such. |
| Reports | Every visit ends with photographs and the technician's written notes. No pass/fail scorecards or production summaries; the photos and the notes are the record. |
| Priority | Plan members get priority scheduling and a discount on repair labor and parts. |
The roof and the array, one responsible contractor
Commercial solar contracts usually stop at the racking. The roof under it belongs to someone else, and when it leaks the two companies point at each other. Fused holds the roofing license and the electrical license, so attachments, flashing, the membrane and the array are one responsibility, warranted by one company, serviced by the same company for the life of the system.

Commercial solar, answered plainly
Do you service commercial solar systems that another company installed?
Yes. Fused services any brand and any installer's commercial system across Tampa Bay, including systems whose installer has gone out of business. Diagnostics come with a written report; repairs are quoted after.
What does a commercial solar maintenance plan cost?
Plans are priced by panel count alone. Roof type, height, access and system age don't change the price. Call for a quote with your panel count.
Can you fix a roof leak around commercial solar panels?
Yes. Fused holds Florida roofing license CCC1331058 and electrical license EC13014750, so lifting the panels, re-flashing or replacing the attachment and resetting the panels is one contractor and one visit.
My commercial inverter brand is discontinued. Can you still repair it?
Usually. We locate replacement parts for discontinued inverters and microinverters where they exist, and where they don't we quote a replacement that works with the existing array and monitoring.
Do you handle solar removal for a commercial re-roof?
Yes. Detach and reinstall is the largest part of what Fused does. We coordinate with your roofer or replace the roof ourselves, and the array goes back with new attachments and a 25-year no-leak guarantee.
